Les Halles breakfast question

I'm planning on visiting Les Halles for breakfast when i go to WDW in May (and I'm sooo excited!). I heard that Les Halles opens at 9:00, while the World Showcase opens at 11:00. We want to get there around 9:30 to get a head start on our journey "around the world", but what don't know is: How do you get there? I've never been to the Canada side before 11:00, but I assume they'll have it roped off. Does anyone know if there is a special walkway or something to get to Les Halles before 11:00?

No it's only roped off between France bridge and China- but you can still get in if you have ADR for breakfast anyway

I would assume that if they're opening Boulangerie Patisserie les Halles at 9AM then they will be allowing people to walk the promenade during that time. Perhaps they'll move the rope to just past France rather than before it. That sounds like a wonderful breakfast!

I don't know what they are up to with that move. If WS doesn't open till 11, why do they need a QS open at 9 in there? That may be a mistake.

A fair number of guests enter from the World Showcase Gate, that bakery is the closest morning eatery to the gate. I frequently walk through Future World without stopping, but at the moment it's the only place to grab a counter service breakfast. This opens up an option for guests to grab a bite without having to walk all the way up to Future World.

I still think its ill conceived. Anyone in the park at that hour is on the way to FW anyway. And the menu is very light on breakfast items. That said I like the idea.
