Making A Reservation Off Site...

Wow...I was asked yesterday by my neighbour this question, and I'am kinda stumped...Her sister and hubby with their two kids along with her mum and dad are staying in a villa in Orlando...They are going for two weeks in October and I happened to mention that it's not long now for me to book my ADRS...Where do they stand in making a table reservation at WDW if not living inside the bubble.?

They can make reservations at 180 days out as well, but (someone correct me if I'm wrong) I don't think they have the 10 day window available after the 180 days. So at 180 days they can make reservations for day 1, at 179 days they can make reservations for day 2, and so on. We stayed on site last trip but had booked through a TA so I didn't have any of our information setup on the WDW website for them to know I was staying on site, but I still had no problem making all of our reservations at around 160 days out.
