The "Meet Up" photo thread... Post 'em here!

Hi everyone,

We all like seeing the meet up photos posted in various trip reports. So, I thought it would be cool to have a thread where we can post our meet up photos and see who everyone has met during their trips.

I'll start things off with our meet ups.

January 2013, we met MrHub and Scrappy in person for the first time. Next thing we knew, we were enjoying a Wishes cruise together! Here we are on the boat waiting for the show to start.

And here we are in front of the castle... with the crane of course!

September 2014, we had the pleasure of meeting Allie and her husband Jon. Enjoyed a frozen drink together in France...

Same trip, we finally met up with Mandy! She was working the Fast Pass kiosk in MK.

January 2015, we met Magic Mirror (Angie) and Amy. We did the MTMK tour together along with MrHub and Scrappy.

Then in April 2015, we met up with crazycatperson (Jan) and her husband Dan. We enjoyed a drink (or two) at Trader Sam's outside.

So, that's everyone from the forum that we've met up with so far at Disney World and it was truly a pleasure to meet everyone.

This is the only one I still have on the phone, so the others will have to wait. This, of course, is Robyn and I from our recent winter trip.

Going way, way back, these photos are from our first-ever meet-up in October 2012. First we met Robynprincess and her hubby and parents along with DisneyDee at the Tune-in Lounge. Later in the trip we met Robyn, Simon, Dee, Kristen and her family, and Becks and hers near where the Dole Whips used to be, but I have no photos of that meet-up.

April 2014 - we met Mandy along with LuvAllDisney and her hubby at the Magic Kingdom. Later we met up with Alicemouse, Mama and Papa Mouse, and Mr. Mouse over at DHS.

Hey, Kristen, do you have a photo from the October 2012 meet-up at the Dole Whip place? I didn't take any because you had such an awesome camera and I was just using my old phone.

I haven't met anyone in person so I have nothing to add. sad But I'm loving everyone else's pictures.

Technical question- why are some pictures so gosh darn big and others so small?

Barbara, it's the different way the pictures are posted for one thing. Some people use a picture sharing site so they are just posting a link to the picture, others are uploading directly to the post from their computer, Also the size of the picture itself matters.

Regarding photo sizes, it seems to also make a difference which device you are viewing the forum with. For example, my iPhone shows some photos as massive (too large to view in fact), but when viewing on a PC with Firefox, all the photos resize automatically and look the same.

MrHub, I'm glad you had some group photos from our MTMK tour. For some reason, I didn't take any with my camera (strange I know).
