My first solo trip-need a couple suggestions

I'm headed to WDW 2/19-2/22 for Princess Race Weekend and will be traveling solo! I have two park days planned for MK and Epcot. I'm hoping for some suggestions on some places to eat/snack foods and which resorts to check out! (staying in allstar sports, no car) I have a full day Friday after the expo to hang out with no real agenda. I'm a little anxious about my first solo trip so any tips/suggestions are super helpful!

The beauty of a solo trip is you can do whatever you want. Is there a restaurant you always wanted to try but your family didn't?

I'm actually trying Kona Cafe for breakfast and will be a bit daring in my meal choices in Epcot.

Kona is a great spot for breakfast, the Macadamia Nut Pancakes are my favorite, and the coffee is delish.

Where are you thinking of eating in Epcot? I like to sort of snack around the world.

ahhhh and the french press kona coffee... I am not a "plain" coffee drinker but that stuff is delish!

I was supposed to be there solo but my mom "decided to tag along" LOL I had a huge plan but now it's a little calmer.

Do you have a park hopper ticket? In September while my hubby was golfing I did all 4 parks in one day. It was a blast!

Ride what you want, eat a ton of snacks (if no one you know sees you they don't count wink ), sit at a bar and have a great convo with the bartender and other guests.

I had so much fun talking to people in lines the day I was alone. I made tons of new friends.

And there are a few of us who will be there if we want to try to all meet up!
