One Meal

If you were in WDW just long enough for one meal where would you eat? What would you order?

Easy. Boma, hands down.

I would park myself in front of the soup station and eat through all of the soup/stews offerings from one end to the other.

{I'm such a pig!}

I would opt for dinner at Shula's Steak house at the Dolphin hotel (technically still in WDW) for their Filet Mignon. More expensive than other restaurants in the World but OH so much better than the rest, especially since all the negative reviews I have heard or read about LeCellier lately. The only other restaurant that could even come close would be the Yachtsman rest.

Jiko. I dream of the peri-peri chicken I had there and the amazing dessert! It may just be the memories, but I loved dining there.

Vettelover - we really enjoyed Shulas as well. The filet mignon was top notch!

Either Jiko or Bistro de Paris, depending on whether or not I want a lot of spice.

At Jiko I'd get the Roasted Beet Salad (with no goat cheese or ham), Bunny Chow and Falafel Durban Curry Vegetables for my entree, and trio of fresh fruit sorbet for dessert (raspberry, orange and COCONUT!!)

At Bistro, I always let the chef make me a custom vegan meal. I am always blown away by the amazing selections! Bistro also serves the sorbet trio for dessert, yum yum!

Hmmmm. Depends upon whether or not it is my last meal.

Having not yet broken the bank at Victoria & Albert's I would have to say California Grill at 9PM to enjoy a great restaurant and the fireworks show about the time we order dessert.

Yes. This.

(But Cali Grill would be a contender, too. I just wouldn't know what to order because it's been too long since I've been there.)

Winos: What's your favorite place, hands down, for a bottle? For me, it's a tough call between CG and Jiko.

California Grill has some really good Napa Valley selections, never been but I'm positive Victoria and Alberts has some good choices

The difference between Cali and Jiko, for me, is slight. And Cali would be a contender for sure. But when I walk into Jiko, I feel like I am in a place far away. It has such a unique feel to it, that I give it the edge.

And my choices would be a glass upstairs from Jiko at Victoria Falls, or a Chianti in Italy.

Wow, thats a toughie....If money wasn't an issue, maybe Bistro de Paris....But since it is an issue, LOL, our fav place is Sanaa, we'd get the bread service, and a bottle of Chakalaka for sure, and just whatever we felt like at the time for entrees.

My vote is for Artist Point. I would order the mushroom soup, Buffalo fillet, and cobbler a la mode. Yummy! I also will take a coke with that and a Mickey straw please!

Everything sounds so good!

I think after my meal there last week I would have to say Flatbreads at the California Grill. SO delish and you just can't beat the view.
