I'm planning a trip with mywife in March of 2014. When will the new rates come out? Also will march still be considered spring brak time sine Easter is late in April? I hope not.

Spring break season for school kids might hover around Easter, but for college students it's usually sometime in March, regardless of Easter.

I think you will end up with Spring break rates because different schools across the country work over different spring break time frames, not just around Easter. Just in our local area the school districts breaks cover a month of time.
