Love your choices. Here are my some favorite CS locations near the given TS:
Sept 27th- Beaches and Cream
Sept 28th- Earl of Sandwich
Sept 29th- Starring Rolls
Sept 30- Sommerfest
Oct 1- Kona is pretty good, but I'd probably take the monorail and get a hot dog at Casey's Corner.
Oct 2- Sunshine Seasons
Those are just off the top of my head. I'll come up with some more
Earl of Sandwich is a top spot for CS lunch - great great sandwiches. We also like the Contempo Cafe in the Contemporary (the flatbread pizza is really good - fresh and yummy!), Sunshine Seasons and we had a great lunch at Kona's as well. The Starring Rolls sandwiches are good, too. And Yorkshire Fish & Chips if you don't have enough seafood already 
I'd mention Cosmic Rays, but well, I'd probably get laughed off the boards. But I sooo love it!
