Talk to me about Crystal Palace

I made an ADR for our last morning, mostly because I want to get into the park before it opens. I mean, Pooh and Friends are cute and all, but really, it's the time in the empty park I'm after. Is the food even good? Is it worth it? Or am I just being silly about the quiet park thing? It just seems like something I need to do. mickey

We are eating (hopefully) at Cali Grill the night before, so it's not like we'll be hungry. And we're doing breakfast at Kona Cafe on our first day there, so I know we'll get at least one yummy breakfast.

Thoughts?

Crystal palace is a must do for us. But I love pooh bear. The food is pretty good and I did not feel rushed. If I could actually get photos to upload I have a bunch. Being in the park when its empty is amazing.

Crystal Palace was very nice. Each character came by the table and had a meet and greet. The food was very good. We would go back again but we were there for dinner.

I made an early morning breakfast adr for Crystal Palace for the same reason awesome ! I can't wait to take some pictures on the much less busy main street and of the castle, the reviews I've read about the breakfast all state about the same thing that breakfast is decent. We aren't really concerned about the food we really just wanted to get to enjoy a few rare minutes in the park during a quite time Smile

This buffet has a great selection, so much to choose from. The food is excellent. We went here for lunch a couple years ago and it was delicious! We used to eat here for either breakfast or lunch all the time when I was a kid. Never had a bad meal.

I think the buffet is good - not knock your socks off but pretty dern respectable. The empty park thing - PRICELESS to me for pictures.

we like the breakfast there it is always good, great selections, not the best breakfast buffet in DW in my opinion but well worth it especially for the empty park!!

We love Crystal Palace, especially when we're eating there before the park officially opens! The pics are spectacular...walking down Main Street with it being relatively quiet is amazing...PhotoPass photographers already there to snap the perfect shot with YOUR camera, if you like...amazing. Smile

I think the food's really good. Pooh's French Toast from the Kid's Section is one of my favorite things...ha!

We went there last trip for dinner and were blown AWAY by the food. Really, really, good, flavorful stuff. We've done lunch, too, and it was pretty good.

My vote's for Early AM B'fast or relaxing, post-sunset dinner!

Have fun!
