Time spent in MK

Do you find yourself hanging around in one specific "Land" the most? Our last trip in May, we seemed to spend the most time in "Frontierland" than anywhere else. We usually hang out the most in "Liberty Square" or "Fantasyland".

Just kinda depends. The kids favorite rides are in Fantasy Land. But we do go to Tomorrowland quite a bit for the MILF (Love typing that one out...), Buzz, and the TTA.

Liberty Square is my favorite for the theming, but we probably spend the most in Fantasyland with the kiddoes. I can't WAIT to see how it looks expanded. I think I'll have a pang of regret for losing the Fantasyland footprint that we all grew up with...but it will be soo nice to have it a little bigger. Right now, on a crowded day, it's terrible back there.

I could also just stand and stare at the murals in the castle for an hour, I think Smile

Confession:

We have never been into the heart of Fantasyland. The boy has no interest in meet and greets and we arent kiddie ride folk. But I can't wait for 7Dwarves and the new B&TB features!

Wow - lucky you Smile Actually, I do like Fantasyland...it's just so often filled with overtired little kids. And those oldfashioned zig zag cow line queues. Sometimes it can be very hard to navigate.

I can't remember Trueblue, do you have a trip planned? It might be good to go to FL before the new parts open, just so you can compare old with new. I mean, for the most part, FL kinda feels like it always has. Like I said, I think I'll be a little sad to lose that original footprint...but I'm always unnecessarily sentimental Smile

We have a short trip Feb 18-22 (4 days)

I love the immersive feeling at WDW, and its why we stay on site. We haven't been avoiding it, but we love SPaceM, SplashM and BTMR and Mickeys Philharmagic. By the time we have gotten our fill of those attractions (2-4 times each) that part of the park is usually packed and we hate that feeling. This is our third trip and I'm planning for late 2013 when the FLE is done, so I'm planning a more leisurely trip this year. Getting the photo pass and having a ton of pics taken.

I'm really excited (and my son 12 thinks I'm a little nuts)

Funny, we never go to Fantasyland. once in a while we'll cut through, but the kids are too big for the rides and like you said, it's always so crowded and hard to navigate through.

I don't usually stop in Fantasyland either other than cutting through on my way to someplace else. I am looking forward to the expansion though! I'm hoping that it will give Fantasyland that extra boost and immersive feeling I get in Adventureland or Frontierland. I really want it to be a place that I can stop and spend some time, but right now I just want to get through it, after Peter Pan that is. wink

I actually LIKE Small world, but no one else does. I should say the rides in Fantasyland don't appeal to my teenagers anymore. You're right Jess, no one is too big or too old for Disney!

I love Tomorrowland and we always seem to spend the most time there..mostly because we re-ride the most rides in that area. We do Space at least 3 times..Buzz as much as possible and we have to hit the TTA over and over again.
