Having tried them myself, they sure are delicious! Flame Tree also has bottles of spare BBQ Sauce if you need it. But I've been told from someone that good barbecue food doesn't require sauce. As stated earlier, it's all about the dry rub and no sauce was necessary for Flame Tree's ribs. biggrin

Yup! That's the ones and my DH LOOOOOVVVVEEEESS them and while we have all our meals planned, I bet a rack of those babies come back to the room at the end of the day.

I use a stevia blend with some sugar to cut back on some calories (it's an attempt....)
