What is it Missing?

Disney Vacation Club Villas are designed to be a home away from home. They come pretty well stocked with "gear" but is there anything that you feel is missing? Is there something that you just aren't comfortable leaving home without? I'm one of those people who unpacks her suitcase, so there are never enough hangers for me. More hangers would be really nice. And maybe something on the desk that helped to organize stuff, as it is my room desk always turns into a giant morass of papers and electronics.

If you were given the chance to add something to every DVC Room, what would it be?

I dont know what I would add. We pretty well just use the room to hang. I got my computer and stuff like that. It would be nice to have multiple outlets to be honest. Im always having to bring a couple for all of our electronics.

I agree...I'm one of those people who unpack the suitcase to so it would be nice to have more hangers and also more room to put the clothes

I'm with you on the outlets Mase. I have a power strip in my electronics bag that has regular plugs and USB ports in it. OOooh... USB Outlets near the desk or tables would be awesome.

I certainly agree with more usable and reachable electrical outlets. Another things they could really improve is, in thestudio and only in the studios do they use PAPER plates and plastic knives, forks, and spoons, AND they only give you three or four of each. I feel like they do not trust anyone in a studio. Are they afraid we are going to run away with the silverware.
I know they say it's because there are no diswashers in the studios but they supply dishwashing liquid so if we had them we could wash them.
I feel like a thief having to go to whatever CS rest. is available to "stock up on silverware etc.

Oh that's a fantastic point! I think I forget about that because we don't usually use the studio Kitchenette for anything but coffee. They don't really make it easy to use it for anything else. The first year we stayed in a studio we had ordered some groceries, but there wasn't really any place for us to put them.

i can't really think of anything that i really need, what would be a nice convenience in the one, two and three bedroom villas would be a fridge with an ice maker

I think a nice stereo system in the living room would be nice and more cable channels and less "best kept secret" channels. waiting

When the kids and I were at Grand Californian Villas we needed a Pizza Roller, and a Pair of Scissors. I would love it if those got added to the inventories!

Kristen, I agree with you on the scissors. It would be great to have a set on hand to open pesky packages, remove store tags and trim much needed moleskin!

What I would love to see is king sized beds in the studios. We usually end up in a one bedroom mostly because we get a king size bed that way.
