What's the most underrated ride at Disney World?

I happen to think that the Primeval Whirl is unfairly bashed. What rides do you guys like that no one else does?

Not so much a ride, but a show.....I know there are fans on here (thank goodness) but my friends and DF just don't get my LOVE of the Country Bear Jamboree.

It gets a lot of love on here, but the People Mover I think in general at the park is under rated. And im going to botch the name, but Maelstrom in Norway is pretty awesome.

love the Land. The greenhouse still amazes me, I just wonder about the 9 lb lemon, it always looks the same. Someday I want to do the behind the seeds tour.

We just did the Behind the Seeds tour at the beginning of June, and it was great! I definitely recommend it.

Have to disagree on Primeval, even DH who NEVER gets motion sick felt awful when we got off that thing.

As to my pick? It's not really a ride, but the Trails through out AK. People run through and even skip them. If you go so you can talk with the CM's, we even have one give us an hour personal of the ToL trails, including areas I don't think we would have even noticed had she not been there. Plus there's the pull-off's on the walk into the park. We can spend an hour just doing those on our way in. I've mentioned them to seasoned wdw vets who didn't even know they were there.

Hmm..underrated...ride...I have to agree with the TTA but on the other hand I don't want people to suddenly realize its awesomeness because then people would ride it and there would be waits!

I LOVE Primeval Whirl! it's sooo fun, but it always seems to be broken down when I go! I've only been on it two out of my 6 visits!

Love TTA also, but I gotta agree with the Living with the Land ride. I just.. completely enjoy it! AND the behind the seeds tour is WELL worth the money--its not even that expensive! like.. $12!

Hahaha! So true! Let's keep it the best kept, giant secret Wink

And I love The Land, too! I rode it on my very first trip to Epcot, and I love to ride it everytime.

Ah shoot! It use to be (and was last time I checked. ) Now prices have gone up a bit. It's now $18 for Adults and $14 for kids. I'm really excited to do this tour!

The Liberty Belle Riverboat in Liberty Square. Mark Twain narrates your ride through Huck Finn & Tom Sawyer's stomping grounds. It's very relaxing and a relief for tired feet. When we went in May, my son just LOVED it! My son thought the fort over on Tom Sawyer's island was awesome!

Interesting too that I've gone to Disney my whole life and never rode this or did Tom Sawyer's island. For some reason, we always overlooked this. It was nice. In the past when we've gone to Liberty Square, we just did the Haunted Mansion then my grandparents would make all of us sit through the Hall of Presidents.......ugh!

That's a great point. I had never done the island until fairly recently...I think it was 2009. It was really cool to explore, and I was sorry that I had missed it. I had also never done the Swiss Family Robinson treehouse until the last five years or so. Great way to work off those Mickey Bars mickey It's really a pretty view to look down from the top, too.

You know, Poppet, you are correct that this is an underated ride that most people seem to forget about. I have been on it a few times and agree that it is very relaxing although unfortunately not air conditioned Smile Tom Sawyers Island is another underated and overlooked attraction, especially for kids.

I'd also go with the Riverboat. We always walk by and say "We should go that" and then move on and never get back to it. It looks soooo dang relaxing and fun. We finally did the Tom Sawyer Island trip before last - was fun!

I also force Joe to ride the train around MK at least once per trip. It never seems to be that crowded.

Agreed (on both matters). I had a great time doing the trails.

Oh, I have a question: Are there lemures in any of those? 'Cause I didn't see them...

One of my picks would have to be The Enchanted Tiki Room. It's so adorable!

TTA was the very first thing that came to mind. No lines, a welcome relief from crowds and heat. Also, we rode it once at night a couple months ago and, what a pretty view of the park.

I rode the People Mover for the first time Friday night. It was great riding it at night. I took my friends (who had never been on it) on Wednesday.

Went on the seeds of the world tour in October (last month) and it was definately worth the price. My husband and I released ladybugs and learned about hydroponics. We even fed the fish. They give you info on how to set up your own hydroponic garden at home which I am happy to say is coming along quite nicely. It was a nice small tour group and I definately recommend it to anyone who is interested in how they grow that crazy tomato tree.

that's so cool, we love The Land. We always talk about doing the seeds tour but never. Alot of people on here recommend it, we really need to do it one of these days. Glad your garden is growing, what awesome knowledge to take home from Disney!
