We will be there October 14th thru the 21st...short trip this time. 
We have been there twice during the Festival and on the last trip, someone in our party used up ALL the snack credits for their own enjoyment.... 
Maybe this trip I'll be able to enjoy something!

You can find us in the WS every day, Oct 4-11. Going to the Food and Wine Classic at the Swolphin on Fri the 7th.

We will be there October 25th - November 2nd. We are going to check out Food and Wine on October 27th and Nov. 1st. I am so looking forward to it!!

My husband and I will be down Sept 28th - Oct 3rd! 
I just can't wait to get back for this event. I went to opening weekend last year as well and it was so amazing. I would love to be able to make it an annual pilgrimage of sorts. I signed up for a the Wagner family Wine Tasting, and we'll be at Ariel's on Sunday for WDW Foodie Fest! I can't wait!

According to the 2011 Disney Food Blog Mini Guide to the Food & Wine Festival http://dfbminiguides.com/foodandwine in 2010 vegetarian items were noted on the booth menus, and you could also procure a list of gluten free foods. Most booths have a notebook containing the ingredients that are in the food that they are serving. There is also the below quote from Disney:

"At the Epcot Food & Wine Festival, the food items are prepared in a very small kitchen and there is a high chance for cross-contamination of the food products at the kiosks. Please speak to a chef or manager at the kiosks and they will be happy to help you." -Disney
