Your Disney bucket list

I know that for many people a trip to Disney is a once in a lifetime trip so that alone could be on their bucket list. But, for those of us that are fortunate enough to go more often, what is on your Disney bucket list?

Staying in Cinderella's Castle would be my supreme Disney fantasy. I wonder if it will ever happen??

I would have to second that, but dinner at Victoria and Alberts would be a close second.

Id like to do all of those expensive behind the scene tours. Staying in the Castle would be cool... but if I had to be realistic... id choose the expensive tours.

Staying at the Poly for at least two weeks. I know there a windows where the Poly can be affordable but since we always go during summer or Christmas it's out of reach for us now as a young family. Maybe once we have a bigger nest egg it will be possible!

1. Stay 2 weeks at each of the deluxe resorts
2. Live in FL for at least a year and have annual passes and go to WDW once a month (or more) for a year, and hit every single special event in that year
3. Be the guest picked from the crowd to open the park, dammit! (any park would do, but MK or HS would be preferred)

How big a bucket can I have? laugh

1-Visiting the World 14 pounds lighter.
2-Staying a few nights at the Grand Floridian
3-A romantic date...anywhere in Disney!
4-Finding the perfect treat
5-Watching a movie by the beach at the Yatch and Beach resort

This something I have always wanted to do as well! I think I saw Samantha Brown do this on her show and it just looks SO cool. Of course whenever we get there my inner-commando takes over my brain.

Staying in Cinderella's Castle is definitely at the top of my list. But I would settle for staying at the Yacht Club (or Beach Club) during the Epcot Food and Wine Festival with the resources to go to anything at the Festival (and yes I want to stay for the entire Festival!) mickey

I like Jeff's thinking Smile

Let's see:

1) Savannah View room at AKL
2) The new safari experience at AK
3) Concierge level at the Poly
4) VIP access to all the parks - our own "guide"
5) Behind the scenes tour of the Disney Florist shop - for me this would really be #1 awesome

BTW...we are at the World right now!!! yay yay yay yay

Lots of great ideas on all of your bucket lists
Here goes mine so far

1. I want to spend two nights in the King Kamehameha Suite. (I could of course be talked into staying for more than two nights)

2. I want to go for a two week trip to Disney. (I am not sure if I would want to spend the full two weeks at the Poly or split it up with one week at AK and the other at the Poly.)

3. Would love to attend a wedding there.

4. A bit too late for this one but would have loved to have been married there.

Stay in the castle.

If I ever get married again an epcot wedding.

Do one of the behind the scenes tours.

One of the AKL tours.

We were married 20 yrs in May. On my bucket list is to have a vow renewal and reception in the Canada Pavillion for our 25th anniversary. My husband was born in Nova Scotia and I love the scenery, water fall, the whole Canadian thing. If I could afford it, I'd love to have a party at La Cellier, but I know I'm just wishing...
oh yeah, and I want Off Kilter to play! We've been "groupies" (quiet ones) for 12 yrs!
then of course another honeymoon at...one of the EPCOT or MK resorts, love them all, have to think about it.

2. segway tour of world show case
3. 2 week trip (1 week was not enough)
4. attend the food and wine festival
5. have our honeymoon there

I think for me i would love to renew our vows in the wedding pavillion Smile and then spend the 1st night of our 'honeymoon' in the castle.

Would like to do the tour that goes on all day and does all of the parks Laughing out loud

Stay onsite in a deluxe (we are going to be doing this next year!! WOOOOP! only for a few nights but still)

Stay in the Grand Floridian

Visit when i'm a few stone lighter Wink (i'm working on it!)

I love the look of victoria and alberts but i have such a funny diet i think i would feel too uncomfortable there, the chef's would hate me!

My ultimate would be to work for disney. From the UK this is really too hard Sad enough brits in the US already and they dont want anymore of us. This ultimate also goes for hubby too, he's an architect and loves set design etc, he is FASCINATED by the imagineering. He loved the KTTK tour.

What is funny about your diet? I cant have gluten, beef, soy protein, whole corn, or kiwi and I do fine at Disney Smile.

Ok well you asked for it Wink

I cant have....
Red Meat,
Fish,
Any citrus fruit,
Any fruit or veg that isnt cooked,
Pasta
Bread
Most dairy (though can eat a few cheese's)
Things that are too cold
Thangs that are too hot
Spicy food
Hydrogenated fat
Tea/Coffee
Alcohol
too many herbs and spices.

I can have...
Chicken
Root veg (but nothing else)
cooked fruit (not citrus or cherries)

Yeah think that about covers it LOL

Obviously I have to stray from this otherwise I couldnt cope. I do eat salads, dairy on occasions, I can eat SOME breads and pasta but they have to be white only and in moderation (if i had pasta for tea I would be ill, but if I had something else with a side of a little pasta I am okay).

Unfortunately Pizza is my fav food so I do have it sometimes and put up with the bad tummy afterwards, but I am better with italian style pizzas rather than the deep dish ones that are more popular, they are more doughy so upset me more.

Our most popular meals at home are things like home made potato wedges with chicken escalopes or chicken kiev and salad. Hubby loves is veg so I usually just cook some for him unless we're having root veg too.

See why I could never do it to those chef's? They woud hate me LOL.

Scrappy...you could plan a vow renewal ceremony. I always think those are so romantic I hope to have one some day.

1. Become an imagineer (as an interior designer I would love to be involved in the park planning or resort planning...visiting disney as a teen is actually what made me want to go into the field)
2. Stay in a Savannah view at the AKL.
3. Once we have children (and my siblings have children) I would love to have a family reunion at Disney. Get everyone together and enjoy a nice long stay all together.

We achieved one of ours which was a MK view stay at the Contemporary, pity it was only two nights!

Got me thinking now on what else we need to do.

Staying at a Deluxe Resort
Doing a Wishes Dessert Party
Attending the Party for the Senses during Food & Wine Festival
Doing more of the tours - I wish they had one just for DHS.

Hmm...I'll have to think of some others.
