Mine would be a nice evening meal for two at Animal kingdom on the savannah area where you eat on the wild Africa trek.

I would have to pick Yachtsman steakhouse. We were married at the Yacht club so the resort is very dear to us. We find Yachtsman very romantic and the food is amazing. Also it has some of the best sangria I have ever had. We like to have a nice dinner there and than we walk around the resort and relive happy memories.

I guess for me, I'd spend my Valentines Day solo at a place where I'd want to eat wherever I want. So I'd be Yachtsman Steakhouse for an ultimate meal. Starting off with my favorite soup, Lobster Bisque as the app, main course is a 12 oz NY Strip with broccoli and carrots and for dessert, out of pocket, treat myself to ice cream at the Beach Club. biggrin

Hmmm...the possibilities....on Disney's dime, I think I would try Narcoossee's. I love the location right on the water. Very romantic. Not something I would typically pay for, but given the option to do it for free, why not!

On my own dime, I leaning toward Tony's because I like the Lady & the Tramp theme and love and all that mushy gushy stuff. I love their spaghetti and meatballs and the pistachio is my favorite creme brulee on property (so far...I've only tried about half a dozen).

I'm having fun with these hypotheticals--Thanks, King!

Disney would pay for it?

I typically hate Valentine's Day with a passion (even when I'm not single, I hate the idea of it), but I would gladly take this chance for a romantic dinner at Victoria & Albert's, no question. Probably the only chance I'd ever have to afford it. laugh

I would wish for that Golden Oak Outpost to open so I could gorge on chicken sandwiches! Smile

For real, though...V & A's for sure.

ANY restaurant? Victoria and Albert's, at the chef's table in the kitchen. Didn't even have to think about that one.

Yeah for just about any occasion that you could present me with, if it's on Disney's dime I'd go with V&A.
