I wonder if they prioritize it for people that are 'celebrating?' I know when we first logged into the BOG FP website, it asked if we were celebrating, so I put DS's birthday and graduation for my sister and her boyfriend. Not long after that we were given a number of different time slots. Just a idea I hadn't thought about before.

I just tried to call Disney to get out 12 digit number but was told the packages only have the 8 digit code with numbers and letters. Bummer!!

So I'm confused...can I not try for the FP+ for BOG if I have a package? That doesn't make much sense. Clearly I'm missing something here. confused

Allie, you should be able to get one. You're not going to be able to get it at 180 day I don't think. I think you can start trying at 60 days.

This is the number you would use Allie.

That's where my 8 digit number/letter combo is that it doesn't recognize on the BOG FP+ site. When I copy it into the "Reservation ID" spot on the BOG FP+ site, it automatically takes out the letters, reducing it to a 6 digit code. When I hit enter it gives me the error: "Please ensure that the Reservation ID and names entered below match exactly with your Reservation details." I originally figured it was because I was more the 60 days out but now I'm wondering if it's because I have the wrong reservation id #. Not really a huge deal since I'm still well over the 60 day mark, but I want to make sure I have it figured out before I can start trying for the FP+

Just a quick suggestion might not work but have you booked a ME??? i think its the same number as that and if not might be worth ringing Disney and asking for ME code and see what they say???? good luck!

We haven't yet because we haven't purchased our plane tickets. We're planning on doing that in the next couple of weeks so maybe I'll ask when I call to get ME added. Thanks for the idea!

We had the same sort of problem the company we booked through originally have us a small reference number then thy provided us with the longer number which we used for ME and then BOG!!!

I booked directly through Disney though so it's not a TA reference number or anything like that. Shrug, either way I think I'm eventually going to have to suck it up and call.
