Hi Mr Ferrett, although I do not have any tattoos myself (yet!) I really like this one. It is artistic, attractive and interesting. Is there any particular inspiration/reason for the design?

I love the artistry and the creativity on both ends of the art: the dreamer and the creator. I, however, wouldn't go there for a couple reasons. First, I have ridiculously hyper sensitive skin (I could show photos of blood blisters on my arms just because my skin hates being rubbed by boxes and such), and second, at my age, most items would be affected by gravity. Thus, most princesses would end up being Maleficent by the time I hit 70 anyway. It's the reason I didn't one earlier (Age 25 - dove; Age 65 - vulture)

It is my tattoo artist's take on a Tim Schumate picture of Harley Quinn from Batman.No particular meaning just like the character and quote ( It reads "I'm not mad at all , Just differently sane")

My mum didn't get her first one until she was 60 something.

Ha, snap...... My mum(step) was 61 when she got her first. I love the idea of giving the princesses tattoos, I've even got a sketch with a tatt'ed up Mickey that I was thinking of getting. I've currently got 3 Disney tattoos, obviously there's my Buzz Lightyear, I've got a Mickey Mouse(currently under repair due to an allergic reaction) and the jolly wrenches logo from Planes. Got a plan for my next Disney one, Dumbo!!!!!

Does feel that way when i look at photo's.But then when i look at older photo's i notice my distinct lack of ink compared to nowadays.

I did have a dragon on my left forearm but that has now been covered by a sleeve .

Way too scared to get a tattoo.. I hate needles at the best of times... ...Wasn't until I was in my 40's that I got my ear pierced...I do love jewellery and wear four rings, and two bracelets, and three neck chains..So I would love a Disney ring this year..

I have been thinking about a Disney tattoo for a while now, the horrible thing is I don't know where or what I would get but I want one really bad.... decisions decisions

It took me 17 years to find the bow. I did not know what or where I wanted one done, i think it's a bit like Harry Potter wands - the tattoo chooses you I have seen so many people upset with their choices, for example I have been looking for a dragon tattoo since I got my dolphin done 18 years ago..... Still looking.......

Best advice is to visit many places and talk to the artists, it sounds crazy but you need a good rapport with them so they can literally inject the right level of personality into the design. I would never go to someone who did not understand what I want and why.

This is my Disney tattoo. I got it upon returning from our Disneymoon to remind me of our trip, and of meeting Marie, which was the first truly magical moment we experienced upon arrival.

I love it! I've actually looked a lot into getting a Marie tattoo. Do you mind me asking where yours is located? I've been considering getting mine on the back of my leg and its hard to tell from the picture but it looks like yours might be there too.
