Congrats on the soon-to-be new addition! My mom went on a trip this past year with my aunt (her sister), my cousin (her niece) and my cousins daughter. So it was a mother-daughter-aunt-great niece/grandaughter trip and they all had so much fun. She said it was so cool to see Disney through a child's eyes again. You're going to have a blast with the little one.
