This is too hard. . . But I will try. . .
1. West Coast American - fresh ingredients, seafood, and the fusion style. Think Cali Grill, Wolfgang Puck. 
2. French - love the breads, the cheese, the richness and the variety of flavors and ingredients!! 
3. Street - I really had to think hard about this one because I love all the grab and go choices (at WDW and around the world). It might be a cop out choice, but think about your favorite counter service, food truck, or food cart. . . Some of those serve up nirvana!!
