What kinds of crowds did you run into in january, Imagineer? Were they MLK crowds, mostly?

No, our week was after MLK day. It was the last week of January.

To be perfectly honest, the crowds weren't all that bad. There were a few too many Brazilian tour groups (students in Brazil get the entire month of January off), and some twirling/cheerleading groups.

Towards the end of our trip, I think crowd levels were a little higher than normal since the day after we departed was the Super Bowl in Tampa, bringing more people into central FL.
