Well it's another wet,grey,Wednesday morning..3 days till we head for the airport for a overnight stay at the airport hotel..6 CDs are loaded into my player in the car,all Disney.. Have a magical day folks..

I'm jealous of all you "Single Digit Midgets" (as I refer to it) 
The good news is had I gone to F&W festival when planned, I'd be flying home today and I'd be very sad 
for having to come home and leave the parks. I'm still looking forward to our Thanksgiving/Christmas Holiday trip to Disney... Gotta start looking at exact dates and picking a place to stay, SOG??? Condo near park?? House near park??

October 8th today..Morning rain hits of my bay window looking out to the loch which looks dreary and a quick glance at my countdown calendar puts a smile on my old rugged face...2 days till departure...

Oh rats! So sorry to hear that, but I completely understand, I've had to postpone more than one Disney trip for unexpected things that have come up.

Well it's finally here..The big 1...It's been a roller coaster of a journey starting way back in January when we recieved an e- mail from Disney with 40% off deluxes followed by a Virgin Atlantic sale one week later, so by January 16th, our dream 6th vacation had come true..Deposit paid for the WL, and flights fully paid upfront...All in one day.. 
So it just remains for me to thank everyone on here who has put up with my, often repeated questions 
..And whose contributions have helped me plan out my magical trip..Thank You..Thank You..Thank You..

YAY for Watchmaker
I have..............
0.5 work days - I can't wait to set my out of office!
1 panic filled cleaning, fidgeting and Saturday.
Check passports and tickets and cases for the Nth time, wander aimlessly around as I can't concentrate on my quilting.
A REALLY LONG Sunday Morning
checking that my passport has not expired overnight, check that the tickets have not disintegrated, take DS to work, say goodbye to DS (thankfully saw BF last weekend to say goodbye), Brief Ma on how to use the keys, door code and Sky+ box (2 of my fave shows start while I'm away but can't plan them in grrrr) and then its off to the airport for twilight check in...
THEN it's up up and AWAY for me on Monday 
(2 sleeps to airport, 3 sleeps to Florida)
To Echo what Watchmaker said - I want to thank everyone for the kind and supportive attitude, putting up with my random questions/ thoughts ect. Thanks to you guys I am sure I will have a great time, put on at least a stone in weight and finally see so many amazing things 1st hand. Thanks for keeping the holiday spirit alive for all this time. It really does not feel real yet that in 70 hours I will be taking off to the place that has been top of my bucket list FOREVER.

Haha I'm doing a similar thing with Disney Pandora, and searching Frozen party ideas for my office children's holiday party (hey, its work related I swear!!)
