60 days! That can be broken down to....
18 nights, 1 Disney Park, 5 National Parks, 4 US states, 1 Birthday (mine), 2 people, 22 towns/ places of interest, 6 booked excursions, 1 ADR
Nice and early tomorrow morning is ADR booking day for me, hoping to get a nice slot at Ralph's Jass Kitchen for our 1st night, then we are meeting friends on our Disney day. They are regulars and CM's so I'm hoping they will pick somewhere yummy.

I LOVE the Jazz Kitchen!
Reservations are great for tales in the restaurant, but in their bar Flambeaux's (first come first seated) the dueling piano guys are an absolute hoot! Try to head in for drinks and the show after dinner.

Awesome - thanks for the tip 
Mum is actually quite excited as she fancies the menu, she also likes that kind of thing. We will have just got off an 11 hour flight, so will need something to keep us up for a while to avoid jet leg.
We are also within walking distance to DTD - always a benefit.
Thanks again, might suggest Carnation Cafe (as per JoannC's recommendation for the next day)
