Until they change the sponsor again, I don't EVER have to return to Tony's. Ugh... the kids and I ate there during MNSSHP last year and it was awful, I wrote a blog post about it, complete with pictures of my daughter's burnt chicken. Yuck yuck yuck, the entrees were dry and bland and just gross. My kids (all older teens) had picked it because they had remembered eating there with their grandma, but all of us left wishing we had picked something else.

I will say this, the special pumpkin desserts were great, I might go back just for those. Maybe...

This one is really hard to answer. Been thinking about it alot. Much like Brad, if a restaurant is disappointing, we usually don't return to it, at least for a while. The only one I can really consider as being consistently disappointing is the Tusker House Restaurant. We have been there several times, and will probably go again because in the AK it either that or the Rain Forest Cafe'. I imagine it just because its a buffet, and we usually don't like buffets. Also it is the restaurant that the tour groups go to for meals alot so it can really get out of hand!

And I'll say welcome to Gammagammahey! But sorry to hear you had less then Magical experiences at all of those restaurants. That's pretty unusual for some of them, and yes that DDP can be a mouth full! awesome (pun intended).

Captain Jack's at DTD. Food was horrible! The portions were tiny and the price was extremely expensive for what you got. If you're going to eat at DTD, definately go to T-REX. They have the BEST "Bronto Burger". Yummy!!!!

We didnt really discover ADR's until our trip in 2010! shocking really!! We liked 50's prime time and sci-fi though we thought the food was only okay we liked the setting, we'd defiantely try a few different places before going back. But Chef Mickey's breakfast was AWFUL. AWFUL food, AWFUL service, AWFUL characters and AWFUL price! we were a party of 6 and so had 10% tip added to the bill for the server who brought us 1 set of drinks. Never again that is for sure.

I usually find that consistency is one of the big problems at Disney World restaurants. My favorite one trip will be disappointing the next, while the restaurant I swore off long ago will become a new favorite (San Angel Inn). What restaurant has been consistently uninspiring for you?

We ate at San Angel and it was amazing. Best enchiladas ever. The salsa was a little eh for me. I kinda wanted to use it on grilled chicken.

I don't need to go back there either. I didn't think it was Awful, but it also didn't seem that special to me. I remember being a little girl and always watching the monorail go by while we were eating. I couldn't even see the monorail in the room they had sat us in. Just tons of bizare modern Mickey Art, I could have done without. I think that it's gotten way to big and has lost some of the magic in the process. There are so many nice Character Breakfasts, I can feel OK skipping Chef Mickey's.
