Scrappy and Mrhubbs..I wish I could fit into your suitcases!! How exciting..You'd better I hope you'll come back and tell us all about it!

Jeff, I knew a girl once who started a business planning other peoples Disney trips. Families paid her $75.00 and she planned out their entire trip made their ADR's, reservations and made they a schnazzy spreadsheet. She made some pretty good pocket change from it before she had a baby and lost all her spare time! You should look into that! Her spreadsheets weren't nearly as cool as yours.

Great slide show presentation and great music to go with it!! I have to work tonight and all day Sat. & Sun.(unless it rains), so consider this my farewell and have a GREAT trip wish. Looking forward to checking in on your webcam. About when are you scheduled to arrive?

Day 1 Sunday.
Arrived about 11:00am. We were met by a CM at the valet/dropoff when we arrived and were escorted in by her to get our check-in folder and to see if the room was ready. Se checked and they said it was not but they could put us in another room with the MK view in the Tahiti bldg. I asked where the room was that they were originally going to give us and she said in Tuvalu on the 3rd floor. Scrappy and I both said at the same time "We'll wait for that room" It has an awesome view, as you can see.

Well by the time the CM was done giving us our room keys and all, the room was ready so we headed there and got luggage delivered and settled in.

We then then headed over to the MK. We stopped buy Captain Hooks first and grabbed a salad to share to hold us over till dinner. Crowds are pretty low, and temp really was'nt that bad, mid to high 80's but a little cloudy and there was a breeze.

We did Buzz, Stitch, COP & the TTA and then headed to our ADR at the Cali Grill. By the way, this was the first time ever that I saw the Noodle station open. You know I'm going to have to try this, just to say I did.

LOL, I have to ask..what is going on with that kid in your picture??? He looks like he is either mid tantrum or break dancing.

I'm watching your live feed right now..I have my feet up and I am pretending I am on our balcony..can you see me? Just ignore me there..but go fetch me a Dole Whip if you don't mind laugh laugh

We had a great dinner at the Cali Grill. I Had the Tuna 3 ways for appetizer, Scrappy had a Tampura Asparagus. Main course I had grilled Pork Tenderloin and Scrappy had the Filet. We both had a few martinis & were felling rather good!

Scrappy, reading your narration and seeing the pictures at the beginning of this thread made me start getting emotional. What a great way to present a trip to Disney, along with seeing how some of the other posters helped you get everything together. What a great group of people posting here.

I'm very excited I get to read along with the live report of your trip! And I'll be sure to check out the webcam when I get home tonight!

I had that issue in November. We ended up tethering to my iPhone to get internet. Even though I only had 3-4 bars... it was still faster than what we had! So this year ive invested in a MiFi. I use it in the car, but will also have it for Disney for everyone to use.

Day 2 - Monday
We started out by grabbing a quick bite at Captain Cooks before heading over to EPCOT to do our Segway Tour. Checked in at Guest Services and had 15 minutes to spare so we walked around alittle and got some pics with the empty park around Space Ship Earth.

Well Lamont was our instructor and a pretty awesome guy.

He apparently started the segway program for Disney and is the only one that teaches the course. We watched the video, maybe 10 minutes, see showed us some do's and don'ts, and then we went out to the room with the segways and we did some training inside first. We all caught right on pretty quick, scrappy didn't land on her face (yet!), and off we went, ducks in a row!. No picture taking aloud while on the segway. Only while we were stopped. Janet was our guide during the tour and she took us all around the World Showcase. It was really great and I highly recommend it for anyone thinking about it, just one thing, it makes your feet and legs hurt! Ask Scrappy! Her feet went numb and she almost took out a light post once and a couple of tourist another time. We were going down hill and you have to keep slowing down by pushing back on you heels. Scrappy couldn't feel her's , gaah she took off like a segway in the Daytona 500! eek Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!. Lamont had to rescue her before she ended up in the lake! rolling
