Just wanted to weigh in on the lunch in AK. We really enjoyed Y&Y CS the last time we were there but I think Flame Tree is more of a "must do." Can't go wrong with either one though.

Bring a WRITTEN list of all your ADR's so that you can reference them in case there is a discrepancy when you show up.
Or make sure they are typed into your smartphone.
