Oh my gosh Robyn! That is horrible! My guide was never like that. I don't think we would have bought if that was the case. As a member I am *so*so* sorry. Behavior like that is absolutely unacceptable.

Congrats on your decision to purchase DVC. I've never regretted my decision to purchase back in 1999. Purchased 300 points at BW and subsequently added 50 more at BC and 100 through resale prior to the resale restrictions. The extra points allow us to plan for "big" family vacations every few years and an occasional cruise.
