Snuck back over to Epcot for a stroll around the world with an iced cappuccino and to scout out dinner. Decided on Sunshine Seasons for a quicky meal! I got the spicy cashew chicken and Joe ordered the Mongolian Beef.

We couldn't leave Epcot without another stop at the Caramel shop... this time we drooled over this caramel apple oatmeal cookie and decided we HAD to try it!

Kinda bummed - POTC was closed all morning due to some malfunction or something. Oh well, we managed to keep ourselves quite busy and will hit it up tonight or another day!!

Did you ever get to ride POTC? That's my fave! I would SOOO be throwing a 3yr old temper tantrum in the street rolling around if it wasn't working.........shhh don't tell anyone.....

YES! We finally rode it that evening. And again this morning! YAY!

And a fun note about Haunted Mansion - they changed the hitchhiking ghosts at the end! I won't give away any spoilers, but we were quite amused Smile

Kind of a guilty pleasure, that game. I am so entertained by it, but at the same time feel so. . . Like I am a terrible person. And then I see a set of stoopid shoes and I forget all those things my Mother wanted me to learn about being non-judgmental.

Can't wait to see a pic. . .

See? I am a terrible person. . . sarcastic And I am taking all of you with me. . . Well, at least Jeff and Joe. . .

Jeff I am so happy for you on this fun trip! You are really getting everything accomplished! No pics of Joe? I am starting to wonder if you are really so efficient at your touring because you are solo. When I drag my wife around the parks I wish she would walk faster and help me to do more! Maybe those pics of two entrees are your fuel alone? We want Joe!

How many more days do you have? Will you let us do one meal pick for you a la Mase?

We LOVE the Karamel Kuche in Germany. Nearly everything is outstanding and especially if you are lucky enough to get the caramel popcorn right when they make a new batch. YUM!!!

Can't wait for today's update! Maybe you and Joe could just stay forever and constantly keep the rest of connected to WDW?

I think that's the first meal/snack picture you've posted that I'm NOT drooling over! I hope it tasted better than it looks. I'd take your red velvet cupcake though - yum!
