Good morning my friends! 5 miles with boosters done and lots of shivering to keep active today. I'm blaming that crazy mayor from Canada for this frigid weather. Actually on today's schedule for the afternoon is meditation and restorative yoga. Today I'm having a raw rainbow, the food not the party in the village. Wish I had looked at the weather for today before scheduling my food but it will really work with my afternoon practice. Keep warm and keep moving forward.

Good morning!! It is sunny and not too cold today!! clapping
Cleaned the floors like crazy yesterday so not doing as much today to rest!
Walking and weights on the agenda.
Eating leftover chicken meatballs and orzo for lunch and dinner is pork chops with mustard sauce, roasted red potatoes and roasted broccoli.

GOOD MORNING!!!!!! YEA!!!!!!! It's going to warm up a bit today! clapping clapping clapping clapping 1 hour of aerobics and the plank challenge done. So far so good I'm up to 2 1/2 minutes. I'm going to be in a really good mood for the next few days as the weather is looking good, I can't wait to get out and walk around my lake today. Now all I have to do is figure out what type of practice I'll do later. Today I'm going with a cleansing smoothie and a rainbow salad. I'm also thinking I really am going to need a chocolate banana "milkshake" later (frozen banana, cocoa powder, stevia and almond mild) Dinner is going to prove to be interesting. I have some plain beans, rice and a bunch of veggies in my fridge, it should be interesting to see what I come up with. Have a magical day, eat well and keep moving forward.

Good Morning America, how are you.?...It's Thursday morning, and I've just come back from the recording studios. I hate putting down backing tracks this early,my voice ain't woke up yet..Anyway it's our first self penned song, so were kinda excited about it..It's called " The Accountant "....Ok..Back to keeping fit...I'am off to church to attend a funeral in several hours,so I'am gonna walk..It's about 2 mile away..That gives me a 4 mile walk..Tonight's meal is a Bridie ( bet that's got you thinking,unless your from the UK ) with creamed mash and lots of baked beans..So keep warm people..keep safe...and keep dancing.. banana

rolling We live 4 hours south of Toronto and yes the mayor should be blamed for everything haha. I am loving all the pictures of where everyone lives. So beautiful! We have rain all day today so no stroll with the stroller today. Oh well maybe I will go to the Y and try acqua zumba. It sounds interesting.

Something like what we would call an empanada???
Puff Pastry stuffed with ground meat and onions....

LOVE the GOOD vibes the glorious day!
I enjoyed 20 minutes of meditation and 70 minutes of vinyassa flow.
Figgy you inspired me. I have taken the plank challange with my Tweenie Yogini's (my yoga teen yoga students) We take videos of ourselves and share with eachother for motivation! They are loving it!

Breakfast is coconut yogurt with honey and granola. Lunch is a simple salad with balsamic. Dinner will be a homemade squash veggie burger with a side of veggies.

Cold and windy here today. Zumba night for Mrs.F so just a light meal after that and some more "walking" on the crosstrainer for me.

It's a Bride on her last night before her wedding... waiting .Sorry..I can't help myself..Yogini has nailed it..It's like a small beef Wellington filled with meat and onions... in Cornwall ( South west England ) They have these awesome pies called Cornish Pasties..They look like huge Samosas...Yummy..

Good morning all!! It is 44 and cloudy today.
Got some errands to do this morning!
Walking and light stretching today.
Dinner is broiled tilapia with baked sweet potato.

Ok...It's Friday...It's cold..in fact it's freezing, so for the past three hours, I've been cooking away in my kitchen..Made a big pot of Texas chilli ( Phew ) and a Chicken Jalfrezi and stuffed paratta for my dinner tonight...My Cajun meatloaf is still cooking away in the oven..Hot and spicy with chorizo sausage, and of course, the holy trinity..( onions,peppers,& celery )...and a wee dash of my hot Kansas sauce..Whoa!..Phone the fire brigade...So later it's a walk down town to get some money for Xmas shopping tomorrow ....Hope my DW doesn't spend too much..Hard times are a coming... waiting

Good Morning Grownup Friends!
It warm and balmy here today. The next few days should be wet and each day get colder and colder! 5 Days till the DREAM!! Yay!!!

I had a wonderful 20 meditation by the fire and 70 minutes of Shiva Rea. I love that DVD, you can make your own sequences she calls it all and I get to flow. Awesome! Tonight I get another class in at the studio.

I am gearing up for a wonderful busy weekend. I am teaching 2 restorative workshops and taking a class with a Master Yogi. Somewhere inbetween decorating will be complete. Packing is done, I just need to straightout my carryon! Life is good!

Breakfast is homemade peanut butter and strawberry preserve on vegan slices. (I have had a hankering for PB&J) Lunch is liquid...kale,beet and coconut water. Dinner is up in the air, I have some soup but just not sure what I am in the mood for.

Good morning!! It is cloudy and rainy again! We were hoping to clean up leaves. I guess we will just get out there anyways!
Had shredded wheat with almond milk for breakfast. Lunch is turkey and hummus sandwich with veggies. Going out for dinner so have no idea.
