Well I don't know how I achieved it,but I've managed to get within 2 lbs of my target weight..Must be the walking because I've been eating like a hog..And drinking like a fish ( so says my good lady ) I put my beer intake down to the pressures of a rock n roll lifestyle.. 
..The oldest in town,she says..Anyway,I won't be counting calories come Sunday night..Hot Dogs & Fries at Casey's whilst watching Wishes....

Good morning! It is rainy, cloudy, yucky today!! So unless it dries up, no walking outside. 
I am so excited for all that will be in the bubble soon! It is driving my DH nuts though because it is all I talk about now! 
I can't help it though! WDW is my favorite place to go! And we are so close.
Anyways, not much happening around here today. Maybe clean some closets. Curried Chicken Salad for dinner. Take care and think Disney!!

I've stayed the same. Work has been crazy and some other "life" things bothering me but at least I haven't been comfort eating like I usually do!
I have steak and veggie for tonight and I also made szechuan pork and green beans for lunch the next couple days. SO YUMMY!

Good evening! I have been busy today, and I am tired!! But a good tired. I cleaned my wood floors, vacuumed furniture, ran a few errands, put turkey chili in the crockpot, did my weights, made corn muffins, etc. Whew!!
Glad I put that chili in so I just need to walk before dinner, and I am done!

Grilled out steaks tonight with grilled sweet potato fries and salad. Yummy! We only eat steaks every couple of months-not big red meat eaters. Rather have chicken or seafood!

It is so hard to get moving on days like this! I am hoping to be able to get out and walk today. Hate going up and down stairs inside.
So totally blew my diet this weekend! We had mexican, steaks, and fried chicken! It was yummy but now eating nothing but veggies this week! It was just one of those weekends!! Lol
So I am moving a lot today, once I get going, to at least make a dent in that food.

Well, after weeks of feeling not quite right, I went to the doc...Not the best news but I'm loading up on steroids and antibiotics.
Upper respiratory infection, inner ear infection, sinus infection... you name it, I ended up with it. Just could never shake it. So it kept me down for quite a while. Driving home from ATL yesterday I started feeling really bad all over again and finally sucked it up and went in today. Maybe I can get these 2 lbs I gained back from not doing much back off plus a couple more in a couple weeks LOL
but the steroids are making me eat it all!!!!!!!!!!

Yea, the steroids are doing a number on me but hopefully it is ALL gone before we go!
We are under the tornado watch too, sunny but windy here now. They are saying this is bringing a cold front but not looking that way when I look at the 10 day forecast. I need fall weather.

It stopped raining finally and flooded some, but we are doing fine. Glad that rain is outta here! Now, if the sun would return I would 100% better. I am not a cloudy-type person. I need sunshine!

I am feeling MUCH better. I jumped on the treadmill today because I wasn't sure how I would feel since it's been so long. I can't believe I felt that bad for as long as I did...
Anywho, I busted out a 14:32 mile! I was doing 16 min before I was sick. Granted I only did one but hey, it's a start back in the right direction!
I made some veggie beef soup which I will eat all week and buffalo chicken dip for football yesterday and today. Pretty sure If I try really hard I can drop 5 lb in the next 13 days.

We have a busy week here. Dtr appt, DH has a medical procedure, shopping! among other things. Busy, busy, busy!

Ain't it funny but when I was at Disney last week I felt great..Now that Iam back home my sore throat has returned and my back pains also..We have ordered a new Sealy extra firm mattress as the one at WL was awesome..Anyway,enough of my moans..I haven't put on a ounce after two weeks of giant portions of everything..Yay..P.S...The weather here is terrible..Rain and high winds..

Working out pre Disney was well worth it, I got a cold after 6 days but when I left home all of my family and friends had nasty colds so it was expected. I'm sure the working out helped as where they had it for a week I had it for a day and a bit.
I'm now back and I hate to say it I'm going to need to do a lot of working out post Disney!!! I put on a LOT of weight! 
but I don't regret the eating or the drinking, just accepting I need to get on and lose it.

I hear!!! Of course it's going to be in the 50's here in Charleston the day after we leave I leave and the cold weather comes in.
We will be leaving after the game tomorrow night! EEEEEEKKKKKKKK!!!!!!
