The holidays are a season of giving and recently Disney Cruise Line crew members took time off the ships to help create magical moments for kids in need at select ports of call in the United States and Caribbean.
In Nassau, Bahamas the crew members stopped at the Albury Primary School and donated 600 Finding Nemo read-along books. Captain Mickey Mouse was on hand when the crew members stopped at the Shriners Hospital in Galveston, Texas.
When the ships stopped in St. Thomas, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel the crew members were able to visit with kids from local schools and other organizations.
The annual holiday visits are part of the Disney VoluntEARS program.
