Favorite Ride Queue?

I love the Tower of Terror ride queue and the new Winnie the Pooh area was cute for little ones.

My husband would like me to update this with his favorite is Expedition Everest, LOL!

Having just ridden Toy Story Mania for the first time, I am completely enthralled! I totally want to go back and ride, and stand in line! There is so much to look at. It's absolutely fascinating!

ToT for me. There's just so much attention to detail. Being inside away from the sun can be nice too.

I agree with ToT..but only the creepy hotel lobby part...I wish that they had made the queue longer in there and shorter in the creepy boiler room.

I also love EE..there is just SO much to look at it makes the time fly. TS Mania is another good one..I love watching people's reactions to Mr. Potato Head talking to them.

I remember when it first came out it wrapped all in it. So there was a time. But they changed it because people kept touching everything and moving things, and since some things need to stay in one place because of the secrets... they had to do something. Last year... my Mom and I just let people go around us so we can look around.

Like this picture... so much hidden in it, AND... if you looked at the bottom (You cant see it in this pic because you have to look in it) there are some letters and it spells out something. Wont say what it is though... lol

Here is some reading: http://www.towerofterror.org/secrets.html

Hey, thanks for the link Mase. I love reading stuff like that. And now I can't wait to see what's at the bottom of that Directory sign!!

That's so cool! What a great tip about looking in the sign.

So, did I read somewhere that you can go through the queue and skip the ride? For those of us who aren't so jazzed about falling 13 stories?

Can't you go through the 'lost my bottle door' on all rides?

Yup.... you have two chances if I remember right. Right before the video, and also after the video. Just ask the cast member and they will show you the way.

I had to look that up, Tony Smile But that makes me sound wimpy - which I suppose I am. biggrin Does it count that I did do it once? But I was so nervous, I didn't even enjoy the queue. I barely remember it.

I should walk the queue alone, because any of my friends who would go on the ride, that I could queue with, would totally drag me on the ride and not let me go through the 'lost my bottle' door!

I nearly called it the wimps door but thought that was too harsh so changed it laugh

ToT has a 3rd elevator that you can take to "wimp out"....Dave and I were actually waiting in line to ride ToT when the 3rd elevator got stuck. It would have been more exciting had guests been stuck on it who wimped out..but it was just a CM changing out shifts.

You can also take that same elevator when you get off to ride again if you find a nice cast member

I'm so excited to check out the new HM queue! I agree with all above that TOT and TSM are awesome. When I was younger I loved the Splash Mountain queue because they had chip and dales voices coming out from those hidden stereos and I was so naive (dumb) and would spend the whole line looking for them in the trees and bushes! I'm also a fan of pirates (because it's shady and cool) hehe
