Our November ADR's

I love that I'm posting this!

Sunday: Raglan Road
Monday: Teppan Edo
Tuesday: Mama Melrose's
Wednesday: Captains Grill
Thursday: Ohana
Friday: Boma

Now... These are not set in stone. This is what we decided tonight so that we can get it in the books when we can actually schedule them. But those are our choices. Ohana were shooting for Wishes. So... Any advice... Let us know... Lol

when we went to Ohana in March.. we werent planning on seeing Wishes.. it was just a happy coincidence. Our ADR was for 830p... and by the time desert was coming around, the fireworks were starting. I know most people try for 930 or 10 ADR for fireworks, but then you'll be distracted with all your food!
I think between 830-9 would be the best time to shoot for (if the show starts at 10)

From what my Dad found... the park closes at 8 the day we have it. And I think were going to shoot for 7 to 7:30.... will know more soon.

I'm starting to feel like I need to check out Captain's Grille. I had always thought it was only so-so, but everyone seems to like it!

Well... here is the thing. My parents liked it, but the server they got took forever, while other people were in and out. Also... im like my Dad. I love a good steak, and this was where I wanted to go to get a good steak. My Dad actually enjoyed the steak the best at Mama Melrose which I found funny... lol. So it was actually on the bubble for our ADR's, but put it in because we wanted to visit the Board Walk. Would give us a reason to go over there. And our son loves Crab, and its one of the few places that has it. So.... it got on our ADR because of those reasons. So basically for our son... lol

I'm wondering also if it's gone up in quality recently. Your dad's not the only one with good things to say about it. Maybe it's moved up in the world.

I love Captains Grille. It's got a big dining area, so getting a table isnt really that difficult.. UNLESS.. there is a convention at Yacht or Beach Club (since they do have a convention center there). If they are having conventions, try to eat at non peak times.

mmm burger!

I love Boma & Mama Melrose's is also a great choice!!! I may need to stop by Raglan Road this trip too since it looks pretty darn good and I love Irish food.
