ROMANTIC VS. FANCY

I am attempting to plan one extremely romantic evening for my husband and I to share while we are in the world. The problem that I am having is I would really like to start the evening some where dark intimate and very romantic. It can be TINY inexpensive or all of the above!

The Ideal type of place would be more of a lounge feel rather than a full out restuarant ( and by lounge I mean nice cocktails, appetizers with the option of entrees ( free forming sofas' with in tables) you know the GROWN AND SEXY ANDIANCE!

I like the bar/lounge in the AKL lobby, plus you can go out on the porch and sip your glass.

Me too! I'm not sure about couches but it sounds like Jiko or Sanna might be what you're looking for.

I second the lounge just below the Lobby at AKL. I also like Outer Rim at the Contemporary - IF you go once Chef Mickey's is CLOSED for the nite! Otherwise...not so sexy. What about the Wave in the Contemporary's lobby - anyone been there just for drinks? I love the space there; the bar is awesome-looking.
