Okay so as you may know I am a big donald duck fan however in 20 years of visiting the world I have never got a photo with donald in his original sailor suit! I have meet him in lots of other costumes and saw him in france in his original get up, but I would love to get a picture with him, where in the world is this possible?????
I'am sure we have one of him in that outfit taken at DHS near the big hat..Maybe about four years ago...
This is the picture we have with Donald at Hollywood Studios. I do have a picture of Donald in his original outfit however it was one of those bonus pictures photo pass gives you.

As a cowboy
As an astronaut
In his Mexican get up
It safari gear
As a mind reader
But as far as I can tell he no longer meets in his sailor suit 
he used to meet with goofy at the Epcot phot spot in there original clothes, I'm even pretty sure in saying at chef mickeys donald is in chef whites and at the yacht club he is in a fancey new sailor suit. It just strikes me as a little strange.... In saying all this does goofy still meet it a traditional outfit?

Goofy is traditional at Character Spot in EPCOT. What about the character breakfasts? I think Donald does Tusker House and Cape May Cafe?? Does anyone know how he dresses there? I've never been to a character meal with the Duck.

I think Tusker House is safari gear, and Cape May Cafe is beach wear!

I was going to suggest Epcot Character spot. He was in his traditional sailor suit when I saw him in 2010. After reading your earlier comment, I guess that is no longer the case.
I don't remember seeing him anywhere.... I have pics of my daughter with Daisy at the Epcot Character Spot I just can't remember what she was wearing... I think we've seen him at Mexico but with a poncho... I will have to investigate! Maybe on the cruises????

Actually, now that I think about it.... It was right inside the entrance of Epcot where we saw Daisy. I will try to find the pics! She does have Donald's signature in her autograph book so I have to have that pic too!

I don't think he's at Character Spot any more. I'm pretty sure character spot is Mickey, Minnie and Pluto now.
Can confirm that Character Spot was Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy in December 2013.

Jut noticed today phil Donald and Daisy Duck are starting meet and greets at animal kingdom in place of Winnie the Pooh and tigger and............... He is meeting in his original sailors outfit!!!! Not sure if you have seen this but I remembered how much you wanted to meet him in this outfit!
