2011 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival and concert line-up
One of my favorite times of the year at Disney World, the Epcot Flower & Garden Festival will be held March 2-May 15. The exciting news for this year is that HGTV will sponsor this year's festival, bringing the channel's star power to the new HGTV Stage each Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Expect to see Genevieve Gorder, Lisa LaPorta, Kim Myles, Brian Patrick Flynn, Taniya Nayak, Ahmed Hassan, Patti Moreno, Michele Beschen, John Gidding, Frank Fontana, and Vern Yip presenting topics like "Mobile Gardens," "Secrets to Bringing Indoor Style Outside" and "Gardening with Kids." In addition to the celebrity stage appearances, HGTV will present a twice-daily Disney Gardening at Home series, where guests can create and take home projects ranging from hanging baskets to water garden features. The Festival Center's HGTV Theater will present a film featuring tips and hints from HGTV shows.
Dozens of Disney character topiaries are back at this year's festival. New topiaries this year include Woody, Buzz Lightyear and Lotso, as well as Lightning McQueen and Mater.
Flower Power concerts will rock the open-air America Gardens Theatre stage three times each Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening at 5:15, 6:30 and 7:45. Expect to see acts like Paul Revere and the Raiders, Starship, Chubby Checker, and more. See the full Flower Power concert lineup here.

LOVE that HGVT is involved too! Adds to the excitement for me! My parents are coming down in March becasue they LOVE the F&G show. We haven't seen them in 2 years so it doesn't get much better! Thanks for the info!

I think I have seen six commercials about it on TV today. Not that I spent most of my day watching HGTV....
