One of the best parts of autumn is the abundance of apples fresh out of the orchards and onto your plates. Walt Disney World offers a wide variety of tempting treats that highlight the many fine qualities of apple-y goodness. From hard ciders by Angry Orchard on many bar menus to a broad variety of fresh apple filled pastries and candies delights; we've gathered together some of our favorite apple goodies to share with you!
Caramel Apples from the Main Street Confectionery and Big Top Treats in the Magic Kingdom, or Karamell-Kuche in Epcot. The ultimate in classic apple goodies, Disney confectioners use Granny-Smith apples dipped in thick layers of caramel to create some truly magnificent treats.
L'Artisan des Glaces in Epcot's France Pavilion is home to one of the newest Disney apple treats. Cold and creamy with sweet apples and flaky crust, the Cinnamon, Caramelized Apple & Crumble Crunch rolls apple pie and ice cream into one beautiful bite.
Columbia Harbour House Apple Crisp in the Magic Kingdom. A delicious little free form galette of finely diced tart apples made into a sweet pie filling with just a hint of cinnamon. This personal size apple pie is on the menu as the "Apple Crisp."
LeFou's Brew at Gaston's Tavern in the Magic Kingdom. This concoction of slushy frozen no-sugar-added apple juice is flavored with a hint of marshmallow and topped with a frothy passion-fruit foam. Order yours up in a souvenir tankard and you'll be able to belly up to the juice bar with the best of them.
Apple Strudel from the Biergarten in Epcot' Germany is served-up warm with a light, flaky crust. This traditional German treat is our favorite apple treat of all.
