La Cava del Tequila in Epcot's Mexico Pavilion is one of the most popular spots in the Park to knock back a few with friends. The fun and welcoming atmosphere creates a desire to linger in the perpetual twilight of Mexico's charming courtyard within the pyramid. Just off to the side, you'll find La Cava del Tequila with its broad variety of tequila and creative margaritas. Recently that tweeted out that they are now serving four new libations, a brand new new selection of beers from imported directly from Mexico.
Three of the four new drinks are from Mexican craft brewer Day of the Dead. There isn't a lot online about these beers yet because the brand itself it fairly new. The bottles feature some fantastic artwork in an edgy but traditional Day of the Dead style. According to their La Cava del Tequila's twitter feed guests can expect to see Day of the Dead's the DOA IPA, Hefeweizen, Porter. Perfect choices to pair with your chips, guacamole and queso blanco.
Another newcomer to the menu (from the same distributor) is Chili Devil Beer, which according to several Internet reviews comes with a whole serrano chili pepper in the bottle. The press release for it's launch said that "Chili Devil Beer is a pale golden brew with a pleasant chili kick and subtle chili aroma. The medium-bodied beer features a light bitter finish, plus great body and carbonation."
Aside from these new offerings by Day of the Dead, beer lovers will also find Sol, Bohemia, Tecate, XX Amber, and XX Lager on the menu.
