In my part of the country Fall brings with it cool winds, beautiful foliage, and orchards full of apples. I love to indulge in a spiced apple cider, but somehow that doesn't seem to translate over to those warm Florida days. Unless of course - you head on over to the Poland Marketplace Booth at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
Guests taking a sip and stroll around World Showcase Lagoon should be sure to stop by this returning favorite for delicious Kielbasa, Perogis, and Frozen Szarlotka (aka Apple Pie) featuring Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka. Located on the promenade near the Germany Pavilion the Poland booth is always one of my "must stop" spots during the festival.
The wonderful flavors of apple pie make this sweet drink with a tease of spice a favorite for those looking to find the tastes of autumn. Especially if you've already reached your maximum fill of Pumpkin Spice. Somehow they have taken all that's wonderful about a hot apple cider on a cool fall day and translated it into a frosty concoction of apple and spice that's delicious and refreshing.
