Explore Epcot's New Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar

Eating and drinking my way around Epcot has always been one of my favorite activities, and good Italian is one of my very favorite ways to indulge. This week the delicious restaurant Tutto Italia re-opened with new menu items, newly designed seating, and outdoor patio, and the stellar addition of a brand new wine bar called Tutto Gusto!

Stepping inside Tutto Gusto takes you on a journey to the wine cellar of in Italian Estate. Themed to look like a vintage wine cave, simple, rustic tables are set up around a long bar. Above the bar hangs a brilliant chandelier made from wine bottles. Curved brick ceilings and the look of exposed stone continue to set the mood of this newest of Epcot's bars.

Several tucked-away seating areas accommodate different group sizes, and the fireplace alcove is downright charming. Lovely couches and low upholstered stools to pull up against a low tables. The stylish warmth of the area creates elegance within the cool look of the cellar. Italian art bedecks the walls here and a candle like chandelier helps to set the mood.

Form meets function along the walls and bring the cave atmosphere to life with lit coolers set into cave alcoves displaying the wine bottles as well as storing them at the perfect temperatures for easy serving. Next to the bar a mouth watering display of "meats, cheeses, and other antipasto ingredients." Stacks of fresh bread await your table. On the back bar, a welcome espresso machine is waiting for your barista to pull a shot or two for those looking for a more caffeinated break.

This week the Disney Food Blog offers a beautiful Tutto Gusto Photo Tour of the interior that brings to life these new tastes of Italy. AJ tells us that "you'll be treated to some impressive wines as well as small plates, meats, and cheeses" from the antipasti selections. She then goes on to highlight and tempt us with the "Torte di Nocciole " a Hazelnut polenta cake with Nutella and Piemonte cream." It all looks and sounds so delicious I may have to book another vacation just to spend some time there!

Much like other popular bars in Epcot, and seating is first come, first served and reservations will not be taken. Tutto Gusto provides a posh location to slow down and enjoy a spectacular glass of vino. Be sure to stop in and experience Tutto Gusto for yourself! Stopping here to eat has absolutely GOT to be on my next trip. I love little rustic places, and that stack of bread looks heavenly!

Then again, those cannoli look rather yummy, too. I love me some fresh cannoli!
