Epcot's International Flower and Garden Festival is finally in fully bloom, and the Outdoor Kitchens are serving up some enticing intoxicants for guest to imbibe in. The Cider House is new this year and offers modern spins on culinary tastes from the United Kingdom and Hard Ciders from across the U.S. For a fun introduction to the some fabulous tastes - order up a Hard Cider and Beer Flight.

The Cider House Hard Cider and Beer Flight is a quartet of 4 ounce portions, one each of the four brews being offered up by the Outdoor Kitchen. Take a look at what's being poured.

The Pitchfork Organic Pear Hard Cider, from Sonoma Cider out of Healdsburg, California. The Cider has a crisp, and refreshing hard apple cider, with a creamy mouth feel and distinctive hint of pear.

McKenzie's Black Cherry Hard Cider comes from West Seneca, New York an area affectionately known as the "Apple Belt." McKenzie's Black Cherry has a rich full body with amber color, and a juicy sweet cherry finish.

Keel & Curley Winery is located in Plant City, Florida and is also the home of the Two Henry's Brewing Company. Along with some other wonderful selections at other booths, they sent their Mad Man Blueberry Hard Cider for the pleasure of festival guests. This unique cider is a traditional hard apple cider blended with 100 percent blueberry juice pressed from their own locally grown blueberries.

The last selection on tap at the Cider House is from the Tampa, Florida based Cigar City Brewing and comes in the form of a fresh Tampa-style Lager. Inspired by the traditional German-style Helles, its straw color has a white head, tons of and a mild floral aroma that pops with every bubble.
