During my October Walt Disney World trip, I stayed at Coronado Springs Resort in Casitas building 4. The day I arrived, I explored the resort. As luck would have it, it was also the same building as La Vida Health Club, which includes a fitness center, massage and salon.
I treated myself to a massage. I made the appointment for Monday morning.
I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment.
The Cast Member showed me to the women's lounge to change.
After changing, I waited in the relaxation area where they had tea, water and snacks (pretzels and almonds).
The massage therapist came and brought me to the massage room. I had a 50 minute Swedish Massage. It was so relaxing.
After my massage, I walked through the salon. They offer the Character Couture Package where adults can feel like a Princess. Not going to lie, I want to do this.
I have had massages at Senses Spa at the Grand Floridian and on the Fantasy (it was a two massage vacation). My experience at La Vida was just as good. La Vida doesn't have the amenities Grand Floridian Senses Spa has (steam room and whirlpool tub) and their offerings are limited but they still have plenty of options to choose from.
I don't think I would travel here just for a massage but I wouldn't hesitate to make an appointment for a massage at La Vida if I were staying at Coronado Springs Resort again.
