It's just not the holidays without a Yule Log and this version is going to delight chocolate lovers with a rich flavor that goes right up to the edge of being too much. Chocolate cake is rolled with chocolate mousse and covered in chocolate ganache, then topped with w bit of chocolate-covered marshmallow.
