The winter holiday season is just around the corner, and there is no better place to spend it in my opinion than Walt Disney World. Check out my list of 2019's Must See Experiences During The Holidays At Walt Disney World.

Holiday Shopping at Disney Springs

Sure, we all know that it's a fancy mall, but if you're one of the millions of Americans that doesn't live in an urban area you may want to do your shopping at Disney! Disney Springs is even more fun when it is decked out in holiday merriment with activities like the Christmas Tree Trail, Stitch's Gift Hunt, Santa's Chalet, and Festive Entertainment. I can't think of a better place to pick up the gifts my love ones will want.

Disney Resort Gingerbread Displays

Several of the Walt Disney World Resorts are known for their outstanding gingerbread displays. Perhaps the most spectacular of them all being Disney's Grand Floridian Resort's life-size gingerbread house. This small building built in the voluminous lobby is the home of its very own holiday bake shop. Be sure to stop by to purchase some of the famous gingerbread for yourself and to take home as souvenirs.

Epcot Forever

While this new nighttime spectacular isn't strictly a holiday event, it does already have an expiration date. Expected to be around just a little over a year Epcot Forever takes guests on an exciting trip through the history of the Park and into the future. Be sure to see it while you can!

Epcot Festival Of The Holidays

Festivals have been at the very heart of the Epcot experience in recent years Epcot's Festival of the Holidays has stepped up with winter storytelling from many nations. Sip and Stroll your way around World Showcase as you learn how different cultures celebrate through food, drink, and fun. Don't forget to buy your guide to the official Cookie Stroll and complete the circuit to get a special treat!

Jingle Bell Jingle Jam

Disney's Hollywood Studios is home to Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM a fun holiday show that lights up the streets and skies around the Chinese Theater with outstanding laser effects and fireworks! Plus don't forget to catch snow and yuletide projections on Sunset Boulevard.

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance

First time visiting Hollywood Studios this year? Don't forget to visit the newly opened Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. The second E-Ticket attraction in the land that so many have been waiting for, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, is set to open on December 5th!

Animal Kingdom Holidays

New in 2019 Disney's Animal Kingdom Holiday will light up the Park like never before. It's thrilling to see Animal Kingdom really coming into its own with new lands, attractions, and events that show off its special genius. Be sure to linger on Discovery Island where a dazzling display of eclectic hand-crafted winter animals will be realized in the form of life-size, artisan-sculpted puppets. At night rooftop luminaries and lanterns will give the island a special glow.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party

While many long time Disney fans prefer the Halloween Party to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, if you need a little extra wintery feel this is the place to be. Event goers are sold on lower crowd levels, specialty entertainment, and the magnificent Once Upon A Christmastime Parade. New for 2019 are the Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks.

I am looking forward to the Festival of the Holidays. I booked the Candlelight Processional Dining Package to see Neil Patrick Harris. I also booked the Jingle Bell Jingle BAM dessert party.
