New Haunted Mansion Queue
The Haunted Mansion Queue got a makeover this past year and it is awesome! New additions include new interactive crypts and new tombstones that feature fun variations on familiar Haunted Mansion characters.
As guests approach the Haunted Mansion they have the option to split off to the left to what Disney calls "the graveyard," or stay to the right and proceed directly into the attraction. If they choose to go to the left they will get to experience all the fun of the new interactive queue!
Bertie is one of the new busts of Haunted Mansion Characters to be featured in the graveyard.

The new musical crypt features two interactive wall plaques, when guests press the instruments the melody of "Grim Grinning Ghosts" can be heard playing from the crypt. When multiple instruments are pressed they harmonize together.

On the other side of the musician's crypt is a representation of the organ in the Haunted Mansion. If you touch the keys "Grim Grinning Ghosts" will play. Beware though you might get sprayed with mist!

The new sea Captain's crypt will also spray guests with water as they walk by. And be sure to listen you might just hear the Captain singing.

On one side of the library crypt guests can see the poetess of the Haunted Mansion, Prudence Rock, working on her poetry.

If you are really having some Disney withdraw issues you could always do a Haunted Mansion themed Halloween decor in your house and yard :)

I experienced the new queue in May. It was great. To be sure you see it the line splits at one point - ver to the left!

We LOVE it......it's especially fun to "play" the instruments around other people. They think you are truly magical! LOL
My fave is "looking at" the tombstone of Madame Leota. :::Smiles:::

I went on Haunted Mansion 3 times in September. I went to the left (cemetary entrance) once and it was very cute. The other two times, I went to the right because it's much faster to get on the ride.
