If you think half the fun of planning your Walt Disney World vacation is figuring out what you're going to eat, then hold to your hat because The Daily Poutine has something brand new. Move over traditional curds and gravy over fries, because this summer it's all about the cheeseburger, Cheeseburger Poutine that is!


Something New At The Daily Poutine

Yes, you heard me right, Cheeseburger Poutine. It's your whole saucy meal right there in a handy to-go cup perfect for strolling while you snack. What's in this new sensation you ask?

Inside your cup you will find: crisp fries topped with Ground Beef, Beer Cheese Sauce, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, House-made Pickles, Mayo, Mustard, and Ketchup. Finished with Fried Cheese Curds.

Did We Mention The Beer Cheese?

This may sound a little strange to poutine purists, but let me tell you, Disney has made some really fantastic "alt" foods in the past that follow the cheeseburger pattern, like Cheeseburger Spring Rolls in Adventureland; and the Cheeseburger Flatbread at Saratoga Springs' Artists Palette. With successes like those, I have pretty high hopes for this new spin on the flavor profile. Our DFB friends thought it was pretty swell too.

One of the things that really sold me while reading about this special menu item was the Beer Cheese Sauce. Hello. Can you think of anything finer to top your cheeseburger fries with? Well - alright, how about deep fried cheese curds! I am really looking forward to trying this one for myself.

There's no telling how long this specialty poutine will be available, so head on over as soon as you can. I recently got schooled by a Canadian friend on the correct pronunciation of "poutine." Whatever you call it - could we maybe just stop talking and eat?
