Modeled after the original Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant built in Hollywood California in 1928, the Disney's Brown Derby brings old Hollywood glamor to a theme park. Upscale and on point it's easy to overlook that most of the guests are in shorts and t-shirts. If you are looking for and enhanced dining experience, the Brown Derby has a full service bar for it's guests with many unique cocktails poured and presented with table side drama.
The Classic Awning Welcomes You Back to Old Hollywood
Another pleasurable treat at this signature dining establishment makes it a mecca of spirit tasting guests. As with many bars and lounges around the Walt Disney World resort, when you dine at the Brown Derby you can choose from a variety of spectacular tasting flights.
Flights, or tasting flights, are small portions of multiple drinks, which should be tasted in a specific order to get a full appreciation for the beverage. They are intended to treat those new to the beverage to a broader variety of the drink and create a deeper appreciation. From wine to cocktails, the Hollywood Brown Derby is the best place to go if you can't make up your mind on which drink you'd really like.

Great post! Brown Derby is my favorite in-park restaurant, and I've tried a few of these. I love the Fess Parker white flight, and the Taste of Cali red. But my favorite is the Macallen. The difference as the scotch ages is so interesting. (And delicious!)

The Brown Derby is one of my favorite restaurants. I haven't tried a flight yet. I'd like to try the champagne flight.

We love the Brown Derby. We went there on our last day of our Honeymoon for lunch. They made us feel so special and made us a beautiful card to take home as a keepsake. They also gave us a copy of the menu also. I scrapbooked the menu and card to make a beautiful memory to hang in our livingroom. We are planning on going to Disneyworld every year for our Anniversary and going to the Brown Derby.

They also make one the finest Sidecars here that I've ever had. The Brown Derby is the best in-park restaurant there is, Disney or not, and one of our favorites over all. A must do each trip to the World.
