Twinings Berry Tea Cocktail At The 21st Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival
The full menus are out for the exciting culinary booths to be offered this year at The 21st Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival (March 5-May 18, 2014). Once again the Disney chefs are stepping up and going toe to toe with the horticulturists to bring guests an intriguing mix of the freshest flavors around. 2014 will be the festival's second year featuring 11 Outdoor Kitchens serving up garden and back yard living inspired food and beverage items around the World Showcase promenade.
I'm particularly intrigued by one of the cocktails being offered this year at the festival that is being presented by the long time sponsor of the United Kingdom Pavilion Shop The Tea Caddy, Twinings. It's called a 'Berry Tea Cocktail' and is a combination of Twinings Cold Brewed Mixed Berry Tea with Florida Cane vodka. I love all sorts of teas and the thought of using it to create a fresh summery cocktail sounds fantastic! You can even pair this cocktail with a salad of field greens and Plant City strawberries, toasted almonds and Farmstead stilton - delish! Both of these tasty treats will be found at The Buttercup Cottage Outdoor Kitchen in the United Kingdom pavilion. They sound like a fantastic festival lunch to me.

I loved this drink. Stayed at Beach Club, walked over and had at least 2 a day. Asked the chef for recipe which he offered but not the same. Guess the cane vodka has something to do with it
