Two Walt Disney World Resort Hotels Recognized for Exceptional Service Provided During Meetings and Events

Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort were recently honored for the exceptional service provided at the resorts.

The resorts were presented with the Pinnacle Award by Successful Meetings magazine. The readers of the magazine selected the resorts based on the experiences they provide for meetings and events.

"The Pinnacle Award recognizes the extraordinary work our Disney team does to create the most innovative and creative meetings for our clients," said Anne Hamilton, vice president of Resort Sales and Services, Disney Destinations. "We're honored to receive this sought-after recognition and proud that the Walt Disney World Resort contributes so much to Central Florida's reputation as a meetings destination."

This isn't the first time the resorts have been honored with the award. This year marks the 11th year that the Grand Floridian received the award, and the 16th year for the Yacht and Beach Club.
