If you've visited any of the theme parks at the Walt Disney World Resort you many have noticed temporary safety railings atop many of the buildings.
According to a post at WDW News Today, Disney has started installing these temporary safety railings in an effort to meet OSHA safety regulations.
While there is no word yet on whether or not the temporary railings will be replaced with permanent fall protection railings, it is likely that Disney will at least keep the temporary railings up to satisfy OSHA regulations.
Any permanent railings would certainly change the appearance of some structures in and around the theme parks.
Disneyland was ordered to install the same kind of safety measures in areas including rooftops where cast members may be working.

I look forward to the permanent railings being installed so that they can better fit the visual facades of each land.

I'm sure the Disney Imagineers will come up with permanent railings that blend into the design of each building. In the meantime, I can deal with the temporary railings if they help keep the cast members safe.
