Thought I'd try it once for a lark. It's pretty clear from the beginning that they assume you are already a Disney savant. The questions in the first round seemed to be testing not only grammar but the ability to connect with people while writing. I've got the savant-thing down already, and I think my grammatical skills are up to the task. It's the whole people connection while writing thing that I'm sure will keep me from advancing.
